為配合「二十世紀中國女藝術家系列」之三的《萬象之根：周綠雲繪畫藝術展》，亞洲協會香港中心出版這本展覽同名圖錄。作為香港新水墨運動中其中一位最具創造力的藝術家，從二十世紀五十年代到千禧年，周綠雲的藝術生涯橫跨了半個世紀。她以一種高度原創的視覺語言及其產自對玄學、科學和文學興趣，致力探索當代議題的作品，為中國水墨畫提供了全新的可能性。
